TrendSpider offers a plethora of options for customizing and engineering the charts to match your preferences.
In this documentation, we will explore how you can perform modifications on your charts for:

Style Changes
Navigate to the chart settings by clicking on the gear icon ⚙️ at the top-left corner of the interface and selecting the STYLE tab.
You will view multiple options to configure style changes for your chart as illustrated below:
Market Price Line
Display the Market Price Line on the chart and customize the color.
Crosshair
Display the Crosshair on the chart and customize the color.
TrendSpider Logo
Display the TrendSpider Logo on the chart.
Your Logo
Display your logo on the chart.
TIP: You can also upload a new logo or update the existing one by clicking on the “upload new”
Watermark
Display the watermark, customize the color, and adjust the intensity of the watermark color.
Grid Lines
Display Grid Lines on the chart, select the type of Grid Line i.e. Solid, Dash, or Dot, and customize the color.
Countdown to Close
Display countdown to close on the chart.
Show chart key header
Displays the header on the chart.
Chart Type
Select the type of charts from the dropdown list for performing a diverse technical analysis on the selected symbol. You can select any of the following charts- Line, Bars, Candles, Hollow Candles, Raindrop, or Heikin Ashi.
Candle Colors
Select the Candle Colors for Up, Border Up, Down, and Border Down.
Background Color
Set the background color of the chart.
Axis Color
Set the color of the details on the X and Y-axis of the chart.
Last Price Color
Set the Color of the Last Price on the chart.
Alert Labels
Adjust the thickness and visibility of Alert Labels on the trend lines or indicators on the chart.
Vertical Padding
Adjust the vertical padding of the chart.
Data Changes
Navigate to the chart settings by clicking on the gear icon ⚙️ at the top-left of the chart and selecting the DATA tab.
You will view multiple options to configure data changes for your chart as illustrated below:
Price Scale
Price Scale type setting allows you select 'Linear' or 'Logarithmic'.
Preferred Futures Format
Preferred Futures Format determines how your price axis is displayed for futures symbols. You can select 'Fractional' or 'Decimal'.
Time Zone
Select the time zone of your current chart. You can select between 'Exchange Time Zone' or 'Your Local Time Zone'.
Extended Hours
This setting enables you to toggle on extended hours for any timeframe below the weekly timeframe for any stock, ETF, or OTC symbol. You can also toggle on/off extended hours by click on the clock icon at the top left of your chart. Note: extended hours are always toggled on by default for futures, forex and cryptocurrency symbols.
Trading Period Breaks
This setting enables you to turn on trading period breaks. Trading period breaks paint vertical lines on your chart showing where the session starts/ends.
