Custom indicators runtime backend is slow

The problem has reoccurred between 3pm and 4pm EST again. We've got a fix for the root cause which we will release in the next 3 hours.

Custom indicators runtime backend is slow. Some scans, backtests, bots and alerts using Custom indicators are not operational. We're investigating.
