3. I am an existing customer and would like to take advantage of a discount?
    - We allow existing customers to take advantage of sales by either upgrading or prepaying for the upcoming year during the period the sale is ongoing. Please reach out to customer support using the Contact Us button on the homepage.

4. I am past due and need to update payment information?
    - Simply login to your account and you will be automatically prompted to update your payment information.

5. What is the refund policy?
    - All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. If you wish to turn off auto renew, this must be done prior to the date of renewal. You can read more about our cancellation and refund policy here.
