Downgrading

You can easily downgrade your plan if you no longer require advanced features.

Downgrade your account in a few easy steps:

Step 1: Log in to your TrendSpider Account and click on your name on the Top Right Corner to open the User Menu.

Step 2: Select “Account & Settings” and this will open the Account & Settings Window. In this modal window, click on the Plan tab.

Step 3: Select a new Plan and click Update Plan below. After that, enter the credit card details to proceed.

Note 1: If you are Downgrading your plan duration from a long term plan to a shorter term plan, or downgrading the plan itself, the change will go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Note 2: Your change will take effect at the next billing cycle. You will stay on the current plan until your time runs out, then be switched to the new plan going forward.
